2nd Gen NastyZ28 Camaro Clients

We have been very busy here at Ames Flames and Customs over the past few years, so new posts have been few and far between.  Sorry about that!  Here's a few new rendering I've done for the guys at NastyZ28.com.

A tribute to the 2nd Gen Camaro Lovers from http://www.nastyz28.com/
Here is what I've been up to for the past month.  My Brother posted a drawing I did of his Black '79 Camaro Z28 on an awesome forum, NastyZ28, and ever since then I've been doing nothing but drawing for my fans!  Thanks guys for your enthusiasm for your cars, and for giving me the opportunity to be a part of it!  These are in no specific order:

1979 Camaro Z28 - Mirage

This one was pretty fun, obviously a nice shift from them side views.  I still love the side view though!  A better description of this one is on my homepage.

1971 Chevelle SE, 1978 Camaro Z28, 1973 Charger
This is a custom shirt design for a returning client, Bill.  His side view is further down this page.  I am excited to see how all these shirts turn out for Bill and his buddies! The other two cars are theirs.

Mike Kilmer's 1970 Camaro. Mike wins the prize for the most cars in one order. He's had me busy for a while getting these babies whipped up.

Mike Kilmer's 1971 Camaro Custom. 1979 Camaro Rear end.  The custom paint job took both the custom painter, and myself a while to pull off.

Mike Kilmer's 1981 Camaro Z28 convertable. "This is a real conversion done when the car was new.   GM sent the car out before delivery to the buyer and had the top cut off.  There is only 200 of these convertibles made between 1979-1980 and only 5 rumored to be made in 1981 (because the company was out of business in 1980).   My 1981 Z28 is 1 of 5 and the only 1 that is black."

2010 Camaro SS
Mike Kilmer's 2010 Camaro SS.  Probably one of the coolest drawings ever.  Keep em' comin Mike!

1981 Camaro, 1971 Camaro RS Nose, Custom Drop Top

Another masterpiece Designed by Mike Kilmer, for his daughter, and still under construction in real life.  Hawaiian Orchid purple, with pearl stripes, Torque Thrust II's this is a sleek and elegant custom.  Mike now owns the reward for most car's drawn for a single client!  I'll draw as many as he needs!

Kenvin Mann's 1979 Z28 Camaro.  Chocolate Brown, Gold decals, and polished torque thrust wheels.  I was actually craving chocolate the whole time I while painting this one.  Thanks Kevin.

Mike Sander's "70ish" Camaro. Note the late 70's rear glass on the early 70's body.  Killer Rushforth Superspoke Rims.  Mike's actual car is still under construction, He had me do his finished car to motivate him to actually finish the real thing.  Get to it buddy!

Bill Dunphy's Imperial blue beauty 1973 Z28 Camaro with white stripes.  The lower "Camaro" lettering, and quote comes from the cover of the 1973 Camaro brochure.  Classy edition if you ask me.  Bill wins the award for the largest order so far.  Multiple Mugs, shirts, prints, This guy will be representin'!  C'mon guys be more like Bill, and order more Merchandise!

Mike Burkhart's 1978 Z28 Camaro.  The color on this one is sexy...what else is there to say about it?

Scott's 1973 Camaro.  This yellow beast is an Ames Flames icon.

Kevin Duffy's 1979 Z28 Camaro.  Silver, and mean. L88 hood, window louvers.  Sweet.

Dino Graziano's 1973 Camaro.  Stock, and sophisticated, I almost kept one of the mugs he ordered for myself, I really like this car.

George Morris' 1971 Camaro.  I love hugger orange, and this thing flaunts it.  I wouldn't want to be caught next to this beast at a stoplight!  George loves his '71 he has a tattoo covering his whole upper arm featuring his car (not my version).  I don't get why women can't understand the love we have for our cars?

Brian Shepherd's 1981 Z28 Camaro. Brian has done some creative mods to this baby.  The blue really makes the silver accents pop!

Jeff Head's 1979 Camaro Z28.  Those N90 turbine wheels with the silver paint, and orange decals make this Camaro look like man-eating blender!  This is one of my fav's.

1977 Chevy Camaro.  AKA Bumblebee.  Spokes-car for the Big Bumper Camaro. This is the car that really put 2nd Gen Camaro's on the "Must have" list!  I don't know if the scene where Megan Fox talks about the engine after Bumblebee "breaks down" has anything to do with that....

Bill Frederick's 1978 Camaro Z28. This is a classy ride as well. Bill was the first to order a Tshirt from me.  He's also ordered six more with front views featuring 2 other muscle cars!  Return customers get hooked up guys, remember that!

Mike McGuire's 1979 Camaro Z28.  I wish there were a way to describe how incredible these cars look when they're printed on high quality glossy photo paper 20x30" large!  Ask Mike, he can tell you how they look.  You'll crap yourself when you walk into his garage to see this beauty hanging next to his car.

Rick Santiago's 1980 Camaro Z28. Rick was my first customer.  He will always have a special place in my heart!  I'll be doing Rick's 1953 Bel Air, and 1997 S10 Pickup in this signature style someday.  Thanks Rick!

Last, But Certainly not least, Brennen Ames' 1979 Camaro Z28.  This is the drawing that has fueled my starting business for the last month, and I couldn't be more appreciative to my brother Brennen for posting this on NastyZ28.  Love you Bro.
